It's Nice That launched in April 2007 in response to a brief while studying graphic design at the University of Brighton. Since then, It's Nice That has grown to become one of the leading platforms globally for the creative community, encompassing an award-winning website, social channels (including 1M+ followers on Instagram), regular events series Nicer Tuesdays, print magazine and jobs board, If You Could Jobs. It's Nice That's reach has grown to over 8.3 million people each month.

Creative Lives in Progress launched in April 2017 as a creative careers resource on a mission to transform the way emerging talent access, understand and connect with the industry. CLIP encourage greater transparency and representation within the creative working world by sharing advice and insight, highlighting entry-level opportunities, as well as hosting events that bring talent and industry together.

The HudsonBec Group (2011 – 2022)
Previously Will was co-founder of The HudsonBec Group working alongside Alex Bec. The group existed to enable creativity to thrive and consisted of It's Nice That, Anyways (creative agency), Creative Lives in Progress and If You Could Jobs. The companies shared a purpose, set of values, studio space and above all, a belief in the power of creativity. In October 2022 The HudsonBec Group was acquired and joined Residence.
